Electrical Duct Heater

Electrical duct heaters are used to heat the fresh air or to reheat the supply air in ventilation system. Moreover, it is used to increase the supply air temperature with heat recovery units. We have rectangular and circular type electric heater. All duct type electrical heater can be connected to the duct system without any accessory.

Features

Heating elements are made of stainless steel. The casing is made of galvanised steel sheet, stainless steel on request.
Electrical heaters are designed for air handling units and they can be installed easily inside the air handling unit. Electrical heater can be installed in a horizontal or vertical duct.
The Pulser control panel can be used for small capacity applications. Since the control of pulser is modulating it saves energy.
Duct Type Electrical Heaters can be produced as 230V 1 phase, 400V 2 phase or 400V 3 phase.
Electronic and mechanical volume flow controller will be available.
The technical specifications of products meets the essential requirements in the directives 2004/108/EC EMC and are tested according to the standards EN 55014-1 EN 61000-3-2/3-3 for EMC.
Technical specifications meet the essential requirements in the Standard EN 60335.
